Cleaning: The cleaning operation consists of an array of ultrasonic cleaning equipment with tank capacitiesup to 20 gallons. For every high volume item we also incorporate the use of nitrogen assisted spin dryers which allows us to both clean and dry parts in a full automated manner.
Quality Assurance: Quality control is maintained by strict conformance to MIL-I-45208A with all instrumentation calibrated in accordance with MIL-STD-45662A. All final inspections are accomplished in accordance with MIL-STD-105.
