Blocking: The art of securing parts to plates in order to fabricate them. This is accomplished by waxing. We blend our own wax compositions and have 17 different compositions to choose from for each application.
Sawing: Precision sawing is accomplished by using diamond blades in thickness ranging from .035" down to .010". Squares and rectangles can be generated with tolerances of plus or minus .003"
